Please follow the instructions below to successfully complete your first EYE CASH purchase!

1. Open the Cash Shop from in-game

Click on the 'Cash Shop' icon located at the bottom right side of your game screen.

2. Click on the Top-up Cash button on the bottom right side of the Cash Shop menu

3. Login to our Official Homepage with your account in the newly-opened browser

Upon logging in, you will be directed to the TOP-UP section of our homepage.

4. Click on the INPUT button on the right side of your current amount of EYE CASH

5. After checking that Cherry Credits option is displayed from the pop-up window, click OPTION CHECKED button

6. Click on the CHARGE button located under the amount of EYE CASH you wish to purchase

7. In this new window, click on the CREATE AN ACCOUNT option if you are new to Cherry Credits

You can also choose to login to an existing Cherry Credits account if you already have one.

8. Input your account details to create a Cherry Credits account as requested

Please don't forget to click on the checkbox next to the agreement clause.

9. Input the account activation code that will be delivered to your mail address you submitted

Please understand that it may take some time for the activation code to be delivered to your mailbox.

If you are not receiving the activation code, please check your SPAM mail in case the code was moved.

※ DO NOT DELETE your activation code email. Your Temporary PIN Number will be listed at the bottom of the mail, and you will need it to complete your first purchase.

10. Submit your information to complete the sign up of your Cherry Credits account

11. Upon completing your sign up, click on the TOP UP NOW button to make your first Cherry Credit purchase

You will be purchasing EYE CASH with the Cherry Credits you purchase from here.

12. Choose your payment option from the Top-Up Methods menu

Clicking on the payment method box will display various methods you can choose.

In the example below, we will be using Others > Visa/Mastercard option.

13. Select the amout of Cherry Credits you wish to purchase

14. Submit your Billing Information for the transaction

15. After confirming the Top-Up amount, click on NEXT button

Please do not forget to click the checkbox next to the Terms and Conditions.

Depending on the side of your window, you may have to scroll down to see the NEXT button.

16. Check your transaction and click on CONFIRM to proceed with payment

17. Submit your Credit Card information for the purchase and click on Pay Now button

18. Transaction Request Complete

For your first purchase in a new Cherry Credit account, it may take a few minutes for the transaction to be approved by the system.

Related mail will be delivered to your Cherry Credit account email.

However, depending on the time of the purchase and the amount, the verification may take up to 24 hours.

Proceed to the next step after your first purchase has been completed.

19. Enter your Temporary Security PIN Number to complete the transaction

※ Your Temporary PIN Number will be listed at the bottom of the mail,

※ If you have closed the transaction window after pending in step 18, please continue from step 1, and instead of creating a new account, login to your existing account at step 7.

20. EYE CASH Purchase Complete

An Exchange Notification Mail will be delivered to your Cherrcy Credit account email.

21. Check your EYE CASH in Cash Shop

[Tips on a smooth successful CC recharge]

If you intend to recharge CC using PayPal or Credit Card, please use credit card that is under your own name, and do have your Cherry account registered the same name.
If you do not have a credit card, we would suggest that you use other payment modes that are available to you.
You can purchase CC ePINs via our online resellers, they might offer payment modes that are available to you.
Visit cherrycredits.com/TopUp and click on “Cherry Credits Prepaid Card / ePIN” to check on our authorised resellers.

If you want your CC desperately and you are first time recharging CC, please avoid using PayPal or Credit Card as first time recharge with these 2 options are subjected to an one-time approval process.
This process is not immediate and you will experience delay in getting your CC.
Once your first PayPal or Credit Card transaction been approved, subsequent transactions will not be subjected to the approval process.

If you did not get EYE-T after recharging with CC, you may contact either DN Support team or Cherry customer support team. Do provide necessary information for our checking.
