About Incorrect Reward Description in [Launching Celebration] Spending Event

This is the Dragon Nest Classic Operation Team.

 

We sincerely apologize for the confusion caused by the incorrect reward description in the [Launching Celebration] Spending Event notice, published on March 20.

 

 

[What Happened]

 

The event notice stated that players would receive "50 packages" upon meeting the spending requirements.

However, the actual design was to provide "1 package containing 50 Ordinary Alteum/Diamonds."

Unfortunately, this incorrect description remained visible from March 20th to April 10th, and the issue was only identified today.

We acknowledge that this misinformation could have significantly influenced your purchase decisions, and we would like to take full responsibility for this grave mistake.

 

 

[Final Compensation Plan]

We fully understand that this issue cannot be resolved with a simple clarification.

Therefore, we will proceed with the following compensation to honor the original message and sincerely apologize to all affected players.

 

 

[Eligible Players]

 

Players of Dragon Nest Classic who has reached the spending thresholds of the [Launching Celebration] Spending Event between after the Grand Launch on March 20th and April 16th, before the maintenance.
