In our Known Issue Notice, we have confirmed that some Adventurers didn’t receive their Pre-Registration rewards.

This situation was caused due to our system being unable to distribute them to accounts that had never logged into the game before. 

In order to resolve this issue, we will be gradually sending out the missing rewards to all affected accounts.

🔊 Please log into the game and claim the Pre-Registration Rewards from Special Storage when they are delivered.

Also, as a compensation for the delay, we will be providing 1 extra set of Pre-Registration Rewards to all existing accounts!

- Both redistributed Pre-Registration reward and Extra Rewards can only be claimed before the April update on April 16th.
