We would like to inform you about an issue that has come to our attention.

1. The issue where player receives an IP block if they try to log into Dragon Nest Classic CBT multiple times with an account that is not eligible.

└ We have confirmed that when players who are not eligible for Dragon Nest Classic CBT tries to log into the CBT excessively, the IP is blocked from the system.
└ The banned IP cannot access Dragon Nest SEA after it has been applied.
└ Please submit an 1:1 inquiry through the Dragon Nest SEA Official Homepage for further investigation regarding this case.
└ (Updated March 17th, 17:30) We have identified and removed the IP block form all relevant IP address.
